Important Delivery Information
If you order directly from CoffeeTec, we will deliver to the address specified at the time of placing your order. All the items we sell are dispatched, packed and shipped by our trusted staff.
All coffee and consumables ordered are dispatched immediately and are normally delivered within 24 hours upon receipt of order. While this cannot always be the case we do try to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
To ensure quick delivery it is best to place orders before 12pm to ensure your items are dispatched as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We deliver by Australia Post and road courier throughout Australia.
Deliveries cannot be made to Post Office Boxes.
Damaged Products
Please report any damaged deliveries to CoffeeTec within 3 working days of receipt of your order for us to replace your damaged product promptly. Product must be returned to within 30 days of order date.
Returns
CoffeeTec will refund any purchase within 14 days of arrival at destination, as long as the product has not been opened and is in its original packaging.
To return products to CoffeeTec please affix postage to your package and send it to the address shown on your invoice.
Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange you are not required to pay for standard delivery on the outgoing parcel. All other returns /reorders will be charged the standard delivery rate.
