Imported from Italy this product is skimmed milk which has been dried – the water and milk fat (full cream milk) has been extracted from the milk producing concentrate skimmed milk which then carefully tried using spray drying process. This makes high value dried milk and the result is a granulated powder, it offers the taste and texture of the liquid version but can be kept for a much longer period without fear of spoilage.
