The Javary Blend 13 is renowned for its consistency. This blend consists of three origins and the aroma can be summed up in three words: Hazelnut, Bold and Leathery. With a toasty, powdery cocoa flavour and a bold yet well rounded distinctive powdery chocolate body it stands out nicely in milk based drinks. The Javary Blend 13 – based on a Brazil with contributions from Ethiopia and India – has the balanced acidity yet beautiful stone fruit flavour and the nice earthy tones you have come to expect from the Cafe de Fonte range.

There is advantages in both methods. The main difference is that when you rent a coffee machine for the office, you do not pay any more for maintenance, service or repairs – the rental charge covers all this. When you lease an office coffee machine, the service and repairs are generally offered separately and the lease is through a 3rd party. At the end of the lease period you have the option of paying out the residual and owing the machine, you can start again with a new one or we will take it on and rent it to you, covering the service and repairs.

CoffeeTec recognises that it has a responsibility as a global citizen and therefore we continually strive to reduce and minimise any environmental impact we might make. For example, 90% of the BTC2000 series coffee machine is recyclable at the end of its life. The advanced brewing system does not create any paper waste and the advanced power saving options (economy module/shut down) reduces energy consumption by up to 30%.

The most cost effective option is to rent an office coffee machine for a fixed term. With rental, all the service, maintenance and major cleaning are carried out without cost to you. You pay for all the consumables you use and there is no minimums. The result of this is that that the real cost of a cup of coffee from a rental or leased office coffee machine is around 31% less than pay per cup fresh milk machine and 33% less than a capsule pay per cup plan.

CoffeeTec’s BTC range of machines will enable you to make an Espresso from around 25 cents or a Latte from around 47 cents. Included in that is the coffee beans, milk, sugars and stirrers, cleaning products, weekly cleaning costs, annual maintenance, breakdowns and rental costs – everything.

There is quite a few office coffee machines available for office use and they are rated quite differently from various suppliers. You will need to look at the machine specifications and the cups per hour or day. Compare that to your expected usage which normally averages out at 1.06 cups/staff member for offices and 1.77 cups/staff member for factories. Normally one large coffee machine would suit up to 50-75 persons due to the time constraints of actually producing the coffee and break allowances.

CoffeeTec’s Vitro range of office commercial coffee machines are not only extremely simple to clean, there is also a substantial cost saving compared to an equivalent sized fresh milk coffee machine. Each Vitro office coffee machine will return an annual cleaning cost saving of around $2300 compared to an equivalent sized fresh milk machine.

Daily: Empty the grounds drawer and drip tray, clean all surfaces of the machine

Weekly: As above and remove brew group, whipper bowl/s and tubes, rinse under clean water and dry (5 minutes) – or daily on high use machines.

Monthly: As above and insert espresso cleaning tablet and push auto clean button (7 minutes). These are the basic instructions and can vary with machine features, options and usage.

In the past there was a major taste difference as additives and sweeteners were put into the powered milk. But with the MOOK that we offer, there is minimal taste difference. This is because MOOK is 100% skim milk but in a granulated form. So a cappuccino or a latte is as exactly as you expect it.

CoffeeTec office coffee machines and the Café de Fonte range of roasted coffee beans have been carefully matched to each other to give you the premium coffee experience. In order to maintain that experience our rental agreements allow you to purchase from the full selection of Café de Fonte beans, including both the Javary and Volta Grande roasted coffee bean ranges.

Yes, most definitely. Never use un-filtered water in a coffee machine. Although some areas have relatively good water it is still important to filter it to avoid things like calcium build-up in the machine. In short, water quality is often far from perfect, but must be optimise d for use in coffee machines. Regular filter changes are also important to maintain the true full character, flavour and aroma of the drink.

Mook, CoffeeTec’s premium 100% skim milk will deliver approximately 41 Lattes or Cappuccinos per bag. This is for a standard 8oz 250ml cup and larger drinks will be a little less.

All office and commercial fresh milk coffee machines will need daily cleaning. It is very important to carry out the recommended daily clean cycle as per instructions. There are two reasons for this: 1) you are maintaining good hygiene within the machine for the health and well-being of others and 2) you will be guaranteeing that the machine will be working when it is needed.

To summarise, poor cleaning habits lead to high levels of bacteria and machine breakdowns.

The CoffeeTec fresh milk coffee machines such as the Franke coffee machine range and the Animo Optime make cleaning easy with daily prompts and a simple cleaning program – no wasted time, just run the cycle at the end of the day and the machine is ready for use again the next day.

As most automatic coffee machines have a provision for only one milk type (whether it be a granulated or fresh milk machine) it will limit the selections available to the alternative milk users.

We do have machines that have twin milk offerings with two completely separate milk lines to totally avoid cross-contamination.

Certainly. But just a few points to take note of. Make sure there is suitable power available and if you wish to plumb the machine a water point will need to be accessible. And as the back of the machine will be visible you will need to be comfortable with that – it may need modifications to fit in with the decor.

If your requirements change it is simple to upgrade or downsize the coffee machine without entering into a new rental agreement. Depending on what you choose, there could be a rental price adjustment.

CoffeeTec will relocate the machine for you and set it up at the new premises. This is normally done at no additional charge but is dependent on a site inspection.

No, we do not work with minimums. That is counter-productive as you could end up with old stale beans if you don’t use enough during the month. You could potentially have drink tasting issues and the usage will go down and the stock will build up even more.

As part of the free installation service our technicians are able to connect the water supply and also the drainage if required. There is exceptions and we would generally do a site inspection first to confirm.
