Mazzer ZM Grinder
The Mazzer ZM grinder is a perfect grinder for the perfectionist. Match the ZM with an Astoria Storm and you have the ultimate combination. The digital grind adjustment is measured in microns so a grind setting is accurate and repeatable and the true zero calibration means that the grind settings are identical from grinder to grinder. The control panel can record up to 20 different grind settings with customisable names for each setting and the four programmable buttons allow for quick recall of your favourite settings.

The Mazzer ZM grinder will give you alerts on service requirements and usage statistics and with the Smart Knob you easily and quickly get to where you want to be. The digital display panel also flips to the side to allow easy access to the grinding chamber for cleaning and burr replacement. The flat burrs have been specifically designed and tested to grind for filter coffee or espresso (interchangeable burrs). The double fan cooling system keep coffee grounds safe from temperature exposure, preserving maximum aroma and flavour.
